Texas Immigration Raids

Houston Raids

ICE is conducting statewide operations across Texas, including in Houston, which began on Sunday. The operations are a collaboration between federal and local law enforcement agencies. Additionally, Texas Governor Greg Abbott has announced the deployment of 400 extra soldiers from Houston and Fort Worth to the U.S. -Mexico border.

In Houston, reports indicate that ICE agents raided a local business, resulting in the arrest of at least two employees. While ICE has yet to officially confirm this raid, eyewitness and footage have surfaced offering details about the incident.

Moreover, many immigration operations have been reported in Houston and surrounding areas through social media platforms such as X, Instagram. Facebook, and TikTok. However, there has been limited news coverage, preventing a reliable report from being confirmed.
