Biography
Charles Gillman is a partner at Prime Path Immigration Law Firm Limited USA and head of the business immigration department. Charles was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany and a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to the bar in New York (active), Washington State (inactive), and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Charles exclusively practices US immigration and nationality law and has extensive experience working with investors and employers to obtain temporary and immigrant visas for entrepreneurs, and academic, business, artistic, scientific, and executive personnel. Charles has in-depth experience managing both PERM labor certification and H-2B and H-2A visa programs. He advises employers on all areas pertaining to immigration compliance matters.
He has managed immigration programs while representing Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller organizations and startups. He has met employers’ US immigration needs from both a strategic and compliance perspective. Charles has provided counsel to clients across a variety of industries, including professional services, finance, aerospace, biotechnology, arts and entertainment, engineering, IT and others.
Charles has also provided counsel to corporations on the immigration implications of corporate restructuring, including I-9 employment eligibility verification, and reductions in force. He has lectured on business immigration law before both industry groups and professional organizations in the United States, Mexico, Canada and Europe. As a lawyer Charles is committed to using his knowledge and skills both to assist US employers in obtaining employment authorization for their foreign workers and to support immigrants and non-immigrants in achieving their goal of a better life in the United States.
