Biography

Attorney Andrea Santiago is a Partner and head of the Adjustment of Status and Naturalization Department at Prime Path Immigration Law Firm Limited USA. She is also member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”). She brings extensive expertise in Immigration Law, providing strategic guidance to clients navigating complex U.S. immigration processes.

Her passion for the law and dedication to excellence have shaped a distinguished career, including international studies in constitutional law and fundamental rights in China, Cuba, Italy, and Spain. 

As the head of the Adjustment of Status and Naturalization Department at Prime Path Immigration Law Firm Limited USA, she is committed to achieving successful outcomes for clients and delivering exceptional legal services. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she provides personalized and effective advocacy that meets the highest professional standards. Attorney Santiago embodies a global perspective and a steadfast commitment to her clients’ success, assisting clients in adjustment of status interviews, naturalization interviews, TPS, DACA, U-Visas and waivers. 

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology from the University of Puerto Rico in 2012 and a Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University School of Law in 2016. She has been licensed to practice law by the Puerto Rico Supreme Court since February 2017.
