Biography

Gabriela Rivero is an associate attorney at Prime Path Immigration Law Firm Limited USA. She graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Sociology, a minor in Latinx Studies, and certificates in Latin American Studies and Spanish language from Harvard University. After college, Gabriela earned her J.D. and LL.M. in International Law at the University of Miami School of Law as part of the Miami Scholars public interest program. She received multiple academic and service awards in both college and law school, including the John Harvard Scholarship (given to those in the top 5% of their class), the Miami Law HOPE Innovative Service in the Public Interest award, and a Dean’s Certificate in Immigration Clinic. Gabriela was also selected for Miami Law Magazine’s “Ten to Watch” list in 2024. 

Coming from a family of immigrants, Gabriela values being able to use her cultural and language skills to help the immigrant community. She has been working in immigration law since high school, when she first interned for an immigration attorney serving the Latino community in her home state of Delaware. Since then, Gabriela has worked for prominent immigrants’ rights and legal organizations such as the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic, the Center for Gender and Refugee Studies, the Southern Poverty Law Center, the ACLU of Florida, and Kurzban, Kurzban, Tetzeli & Pratt P.A. Additionally, Gabriela was a Judicial Law Clerk at the Board of Immigration Appeals under the prestigious Attorney General’s Honors Program. These experiences have given Gabriela invaluable knowledge of the ins and outs of immigration law as well as the skills necessary to be a fierce advocate for her clients at Prime Path Immigration Law Firm Limited USA.
